Sea Creature

Observation: What is that weird sea creature? This image was taken a few days ago by my nephew from neighboring village of Togiak. He spotted the animal and posted it on Facebook, my mother and my aunt called me yesterday and today and wasn't sure what it was and hasn't seen anything like this before. Location, Togiak beach, it seems as though it has been under-water for months until it had washed up along the beach in Togiak Bay. Thank you LEO for allowing us to share.
