The National Weather Service (NWS), National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) posted the weather data for the date of 11/23/15 from about 930 AM to past 1230 PM was a change of wind speed and visibility from E 41 mph blowing snow with overcast and windy of 1 mile to E 27 mph with overcast and breezy with 10 miles, respectively. What I observed from past 930 AM to about 1230 PM was high winds, blowing snow, with little visibility to low winds and more visibility.
