A heatwave in British Columbia broke another temperature record on Vancouver Island, with Victoria’s Gonzales weather station reaching 28.1°C and surpassing a 1930 record. The hot spell also set or tied records in other parts of B.C., following a weekend of widespread record-breaking temperatures.
