The T. Buck Suzuki Foundation works to protect fisheries habitats, prevent pollution and promote sustainable fisheries. Healthy environment, healthy fisheries, and social justice go hand in hand in hand. Fishermen and coastal activists launched the T. Buck Suzuki Environmental Foundation in 1981 to continue Buck Suzuki's legacy.
