The Coastal Resilience Laboratory and Acceleration Center (the Center)—an independent 501(c)(3) organization— will serve as the nexus for technological, organizational and innovation around community revitalization, water management, resilience measurement, port, Naval Station, and other water-sector business related resilience challenges.
