In Siberia, When it Snows it Snows

A snowstorm in the industrial city of Norilsk in Siberia's Krasnoyarsk region caused zero visibility and led to the cancellation or rerouting of buses, planes, and ships. The storm reached speeds of 25 meters per second, and emergency services were on high alert. A holiday was declared for children, and mobile heating stations were set up. Residents captured the storm on social media, and driving was difficult while walking was nearly impossible.
