Unusually Warm in Northern Norway

Meteorologists in Troms, Norway have reported unusually warm temperatures for January, with Birtavarre-Holmen measuring 12.4 degrees Celsius. This is the warmest January temperature ever recorded in the northernmost county of Troms and Finnmark. A photo shared by the meteorologists shows the measuring station in the middle of the image, taken during the summer months.
