Late Snow

Observation: Late snow. We've been having winter like storms. It's been snowing and blowing, but it still remains warm. The snow doesn't stay around along unless it continuously snows, which it seems to come in squalls and melts by mid-afternoon. The community is a little disappointed, they were not expecting snow so late with the mild winter. I think it's important to our community because of the lack of snow during the winter season.
