A surfer in Varangerfjorden near Vadsø/Nesseby reported seeing a harbor porpoise killed in what was described as an attack by a group of porpoises, and says a similar bloody incident occurred at the same location the previous year.
The eyewitness, who first heard the animal splashing by the southeastern coast, said she couldn't believe her eyes.
